A:	here is what i never understood about the personal day: if i get swine flu, but i am out of sick days, i have to come in.
me:	you can work from home, but also the company would say you can take unpaid days
A:	oh snap, you can do that?
me:	oh yeah, they'd be happy not to have to pay you for your time off. but i am sure your manager would allow you take vacation days.
A:	if it swine flu it might be a PERMANANT vacation
