Let’s kick off the week with some previously unreleased Springsteen. We’ve got a preview of The Promise, aka The Lost Sessions: Darkness on the Edge of Town. It’s a collection of songs The Boss recorded in the mid-70s but never released, except as the occasional bootleg. You can listen to 15 tracks from the album on NPR Music for the next two weeks, until its official release.
